Here's a quick rundown:

Four players enter the quadrants with the goal of being crowned King. The game  begins by the player in the fourth square serving diagonally to the player in the second square.

Once the game is live, players return the ball to any square with the objective of landing the ball in a higher square and advancing to the fourth (King) square. Points are only scored in the King square. 4 Square Games play to 11 and the winner must win by at least 2.
